Leah is a Metis artist and educator currently living in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Her family roots originate from the historic Métis community of Cumberland House, Saskatchewan. Her recent children's book, The Giving Tree: The retelling of a traditional Metis story, was nominated for a Shining Willow Award.
